Coach Jason has more than 4 years of CrossFit experience. He is a CrossFit – Level 1 trainer with a Mobility and Endurance certification. He trained under Olympian Hidilyn Diaz to improve his weightlifting. Coach Jason also used to compete in local CrossFit, power lifting and weightlifting competitions. His goal is to help people reach their potential in fitness and in life. His hobbies include, playing basketball, food tripping, and playing with his pets Sharpie and Olly.
Coach Khalil has been doing CrossFit for almost 5 years. He is an avid sports athlete, regularly playing American football and basketball. He also regularly competes in CrossFit events. When he’s not training, Khalil works for the Dept. of Immigration.
Coach Therine is a CrossFit-Level 1 trainer. She has been doing CrossFit for over 3 years and has been coaching for almost a year now. In her collegiate days, she was a member of the National Badminton team, representing the Philippines in international competition. Her other hobbies include playing organized ultimate frisbee and also competing in CrossFit competitions. She also works as a 3D graphic artist for video game production companies.
Coach Bryan is a CrossFit-Level 1 trainer, who has been CrossFitting for more than 5 years now. One of his goals is to direct programming for adaptive athletes here in the Philippines. Bryan is also an ophthalmologist by profession. Among his many talents is video editing and production.
Coach Mac, started his CrossFit journey with CrossFit Ortigas. He has been doing CrossFit for more than 3 years. In his spare time, Mac loves to play basketball. He also competes regularly in local CrossFit competitions.
Coach Nery started his CrossFit career more than 3 years ago with CrossFit Ortigas. Among his many hobbies include playing organized basketball, and consistently wins MVPs and league championships. When he’s not training or playing sports, Nery works for Hewlett-Packard. One of his many fitness goal is to deadlift 500lbs.
Coach Cilyn been doing CrossFit for 2 yrs now. Before doing CrossFit, her fitness background includes Pole Dancing, Yoga, and Aerial Silk. In her spare time, she loves competing in CrossFit and weightlifting. Her goal is to someday podium in the RX Division and win gold in weightlifting. When not in the gym, she works for PhilamLife as a Financial Advisor and runs Aloha Swimwear PH, a bikini and beach essentials store. She also loves spending time with her dog Olly.
