Another tough event in the history books. This is a retrospective of the recent The Fittest Team 2016 event at TESDA last Nov 5, 2016 and how our Ortigas Ninjas battled on.

As I write this, CrossFit Ortigas is about 99% complete. We have ended this chapter, from building a box, to running it. There have been plenty of trials and tribulations along the way.
